Kim Wilde was born in Chiswick, West London on November 18th, 1960. Her Father, Marty, is a Famous
musician, singer in England. Her mother too. Kim's
brother, Ricky, is soon passioned by music and plays with his father.Kim was educated at Presdales School, Ware, before completing a foundation course at St Albans College of Art & Design in 1980. The talentuous Kim loves singing and she wants to sing with her father and brother. Marty was afraid because he thought that show-buzinness was not a world for the sweet Kim. But Kim is amazing, and genious Ricky composed a music for his sister intitled "Kids in America". It is a Hit ! Immediatly, Kim was signed to Mickie Most's RAK Records in 1980 and released her first single in January 1981.
Kim recorded 3 albums for RAK Records before signing to MCA Records in 1984.On 2009, ten albums were released.
Kim has received numerous silver, gold and platinum records from all over the world.
Kim has performed as opening act for Michael Jackson in 1988 and for David Bowie in 1990.
She appeared in the English production of the musical Tommy from February 1996 to February 1997.
Kim got married to Hal Fowler on September 1st, 1996.
She gave birth to her first child, Harry Tristan, on September 1st, 1996, Rose Elisabeth was born 2 years later.
Having followed a horticultural course at the prestigious Capel Manor college, Kim recorded a series of programmes entitled 'Better Gardens', functioning as garden designer.
Kim published her first book entitled 'Gardening with children' in 2005, 'The first-time gardener' followed one year later.
She participated in the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show and her 'Cumbrian Fellside Garden' won a gold medal, 'best in show' and the BBC's People's Award.
'Never say never' was released by EMI Germany in 2006 and she went on the biggest solo tour of her musical career in 2007. She played over 40 live concerts on the European continent and, for the first time ever, in Russia.
In 2009, she went on a new very successful solo tour in Europe.
